- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a written confirmation from EXPLORAR INDIA.
Payment Terms:
- EXPLORAR INDIA does not accept online payments or deposits through the website.
- Payment details, including deposit requirements and deadlines, will be communicated upon booking confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or in person at our office in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations must be communicated to EXPLORAR INDIA in writing.
- The cancellation policy will be specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the nature of the tour and service providers involved.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and after deducting any non-refundable deposits.
Tour Itinerary:
- EXPLORAR INDIA reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or changes by our service providers.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives, and any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be borne by the traveler.
Travel Documents:
- It is the responsibility of travelers to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents for the tour.
- EXPLORAR INDIA will not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
Liability:
- EXPLORAR INDIA acts as an agent for various service providers, including hotels, airlines, and transport operators. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
Conduct:
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, locals, and the environment.
- EXPLORAR INDIA reserves the right to terminate the tour of any traveler who engages in behavior detrimental to the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of others.
Complaints:
- Any complaints regarding the tour must be brought to the attention of EXPLORAR INDIA promptly to allow for timely resolution.
- We strive to address complaints satisfactorily during the tour whenever possible.
Force Majeure:
- EXPLORAR INDIA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
Governing Law:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
