Regarded by many historians as the “oldest living civilization on Earth,” India’s spiritual heritage dates back to 8000 BC and has been documented since the time of the Vedas.
India is not only home to nearly all of the world’s major religions, but it is also the birthplace of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. It is a land of saints, sages, pilgrims, and deep-rooted devotion.
From its diverse spiritual traditions to yoga and its flavorful cuisine, India’s cultural influence has left a profound mark on the world. But beyond religion in the conventional sense, India offers a unique spiritual experience—one that engages the mind, body, and spirit.
Here, spirituality is not confined to rituals or temples; it is woven into everyday life. From waking to sleeping, eating to working, the people of India infuse purpose and reverence into every moment.
